The best of the best. Everyone in this organization is always polite, professional and friendly. Makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. Dr. Hershkin is awesome. She takes the time to listen and explain things. Would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a great eye doctor.
Doctor and staff are great but the wait time was not ideal. I had to wait at least an hour to be seen after my appt time. I also have to return to do more tests when it would have been great to do it all in one visit.
The Union staff was wonderful. The only hiccup was I had to cancel my May appointment and they wanted to reschedule in August. I explained Dr. Housle wanted a 4 month pressure check. I finally got an appointment and then a few days before the rescheduled appt I got a call saying I needed to reschedule. She also said she didnot have a current phone number . I told her the appointment was already rescheduled. Definitely need a better handle on scheduling appointments
Dr. Paige Hershkin is a wonderful doctor with great expertise, experience, big picture thinking and friendliness. We look forward to seeing her and we know that everything is being looked after. Her staff is also expert, friendly and nice to work with.
Everyone is so nice there. I had one of the technicians name, Shari She’s amazing funny knowledgeable very thorough and then of course his Dr Kahn been seeing him for years. He’s just an amazing person. Amazing Dr thank you Dr. Kahn for all these years of servicing my eyes.
