ReFocus Eye Health

I went to refocus as a follow up from an urgent care visit after getting a corneal abrasion from metal solder in my eye. The nurse triage line called me back immediately and set up a visit in the Branford office with Dr Margaret Moore within an hour I order to make sure there was no more metal in my eye and no permenant damage was done. The office staff was easy to deal with and friendly. Their nursing staff/assistants were super friendly and a pleasure to interact with getting me ready to see the dr. Dr Moore came in and did a full inspection on my eye and gave me the “all clear”. She told me there was nothing left in my eye and that my eye was healing from the meds one from urgent care. Dr Moore was super friendly, personable, and a pleasure to interact with as well. If anyone is ever in need of an eye dr for regular checkups or emergency care, I highly recommend visiting refocus and Dr Moore. Thanks for your quick scheduling and great care and treatment.

The visit here was quite nice. All professional with all the smile on their face and I am so glad we focus took over this company. The eye exam. Professional 100%. The attitude and the debater of all the nurses and doctors are pleasant and professional. What a relief it is to have these people in there. Back in the day it was an absolute nightmare. All good doctors may I say but the actual scheduling attitude and demeanor of everybody was terrible. But people went because the doctors were good. It is a very good place to go to have your eye care taken care of of any kind. I highly recommend this place

I was referred to the Branford office for potential retinal tear. First, I would like to say that I was seen on a Saturday in Hamden as an urgent visit outside of normal hours because of this concern and then was referred to Branford for further Examination on Monday. I think very highly of this practice because they saw me on a Saturday out of concern for my eye well-being. Dr D was excellent and follow up with Dr O was prompt and thorough. In addition, the technicians that dilated my eyes and provided the initial exam were also very friendly and comforting. I am happy that this is my eye doctor practice.

Erin, at the front desk was very professional and comforting. As a matter of fact, everyone including the person selling the glasses were very very friendly and courteous. I have doubts in the beginning due to the Credit Card requirements, but was very impressed and glad it turn around the other way. All due to the interaction/communication between my wife, myself and Erin. Still like Dr Swan, but now we found Dr Moore. Thank you.

The doctor was fantastic, And I was so pleased that my visit only lasted 45 minutes. The Branford office Is fantastic. As opposed to Hamden, which is an absolute zoo.
