I had a very pleasant appointment. All the staff were very friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Dr. Alden Leifer was very friendly. He explained very well the procedure and post-op. He was highly recommended by another one of his patient and I highly recommend him also.
People and Doctors contradict nurse's. And honestly makes me feel less intelligent then I? . I'm very ashamed by question myself. Nurses and especially one person and to laughing behind my back. Have Pretensions that I'm there in face. I don't speak Spanish or fluent Spanish make less of human being to them give disadvantages. Of being Disability diabetes and condition is a joke. Who are normally better is disrespectful with my circumstances. Is very unfair.
This being my first time here, my experience from checking in thru examination was awesome. Everyone was so nice. I did not wait long i had a 9am appt. The technician Joslyn G was exceptional, she has such a beautiful spirit, she was patient and gentle with those drops, very professional. Dr Leifer was awesome from his greeting, the examination. to his hand shake at the end. He was thorough and explained my eve results with patience and understanding. His assistant Steph was also very nice and made my visit one would absolutely refer to others.
Hi good morning, on 2-10-26 I called the office to adjust my appointment I was met with the most beautiful person on the other side of the phone. her name is Loren she listened to my issue and assisted me. The most important part was she listened to me, so I shared a heart ❤️ with her. I also want people to know I shared about ❤️❤️❤️❤️ in Dr. Leifer office today. This team is Amazing from the receptionist out front, to the techs in the back along with the amazing doctors. When we just treat each with Dignity and Respect and listen you just might hear what someone needs. Mona Bolds.
I’ve been treated by Dr. Laifer for many years. Few months ago needed new glasses and decided to use Len Crafters services as their store is next to me. Since the beginning my new glasses didn’t ferl right. After 3 more visits to them and exams by two “eye doctors”, my eyesight got worst. I returned to Dr. Laifers who found out what was wrong with Lens Crafters prescription. Am so glad that finally I have working right glasses made with the right specs. THANKS DR. LAIFER FOR BRINGING MY PEACE OF MIND BACK!! I also want to say that he has a tremendous team of professionals working along with him. Will never again risk my vision by going to places where personnel lacks necessary knowledge to do a good job. Miriam Rothstein
