Appointment process was well handled by Geneva. Check in efficient and tech very thorough. New patient, Dr Andrews was very kind and thorough. Waited in waiting room for 50 minutes, I would like to have been informed that there was an emergency that needed to be dealt with. I understand that those things sometimes happen, but please inform the patient.
The ladies at the front desk were very pleasant and kind which I feel sets the tone for my visit. Dr. Glass and his assistant were great. He was pleasant and took his time with a thorough exam.
Very nice atmosphere, all were very friendly and.explained everything to me. Dr Glass was patient with answering all my questions, pleasant and just a nice Doctor. Will keep going there. Great staff
Very pleasant welcome from staff and physician. Complete exam with explanation of what being done and why. Appreciated the energy and confidence of the physician. Felt to be in good hands when I left.
Dr. Glass is always very personable and informative. He takes the time to answer any questions you may have and offers great advise. I am 150 % satisfied with my cataract surgery. My vision is fantastic.
