What a great experience at my appointment today. Everything is well organized, the Drs and Techs are very knowledgeable, communicate well and helpful. I highly recommend Refocus Eye Health to anyone needing competent, caring professional eye care.
I've posted in the past with rave reviews of this office. I'm posting again related to my latest positive experience. I made an appointment via their central scheduling agency. But when the local office saw the description of my issue, they were kind enough to call offer an earlier appointment in case my issue might require urgent referral to a retinal specialist. Luckily my issue turned out to be nothing to worry about, but the doctor and staff were very considerate in giving my issue top priority "just in case".
This is a small practice, but, very professional and personal. I am very impressed with the staff and Dr. Clark. I look forward to experiencing this level of care at all my future visits! Truly fine practice!
Great service scheduling was easy when I came to the appointment. Everybody was so helpful, supportive, very nice professional. The doctor was terrific, highly recommend. Very nice.
The administrative staff here is extremely unhelpful. Made an appt for my son over a month ago and was assured by this office and his insurance that we were in network and would be covered. We called again after scheduling to confirm that we were in network, and the office again confirmed it would be covered. They just called a week before the appt to say they don’t take the insurance and the appt is cancelled. After being bounced around to multiple people, no one could tell me why they scheduled the appt and confirmed the insurance was in network in the first place. Extremely unhelpful and frustrating experience with incompetent staff who should know better.
