From the moment I called to find out if my daughter had insurance Diana was so helpful in finding out the information. She was customer friendly on the phone and 30 minutes later we were infront of her and she was just as customer friendly. She helped me unlike other places. We are now a forever customer. The doctor was just as friendly making sure that my daughter was comfortable with everything she was needing to do. Then to getting the frames Dita helping my 16 year old picky daughter find 2 perfect frames (insurance allowed 2 frames). They didn’t try to sell me the most expensive frames either. Perfect customer service

Everything about this experience was amazing. Diana the medical assistant called to confirm my appointment, and was very helpful in rectifying an insurance issue that I had. Dr. Renaye Quintyne is a phenomenal optometrists. Dr. Quintyne is very professional, knowledgeable, and very good at explaining things in layman’s terms. I thoroughly enjoyed my eye exam. I highly recommend Dr. Quintyne. The staff in VisionWorks were also very helpful and stayed after hours to complete my order.

Our family of 4 had back to back appointments Saturday 12/8/23 and we were in and out within 2 hours..greeted so nicely by the front receptionist, who is also her assistant. Four very through eye exams from Dr.Qyuntyne, who was soo nice. Then an easy transition into purchasing glasses in Visionworks, no pressure sales person assigned to our family who was also great

Dr. Quintyne is amazing. Very thorough and kind. Patient and knowledgeable. I had an amazing visit and Ms. Diana her assistant is the best. Highly recommend!
