Honestly I’m only giving this place a 3 star because the doctors are genuinely amazing! Never had a problem out of them. What’s making this not a 5 star is their receptionist. So rude! I have went here for a couple of years and she’s always been blah. Not kind and not rude. However, recently all she’s had is an attitude. She was nice to my mother on the phone about picking up a pair of contacts but when my boyfriend picks them up all she had to say was snark comments about my mother. Mind you who is very kind on the phone. So I have took my buisness elsewhere. If they would get rid of her they would have 5 stars. Great doctors and staff other than her!

If the in-oersin service is anything like the rudeness you encounter on the telephone..RUN! That lady who answered the phone sounded disgusted to even have to speak on the phone. Do better..it cannot be that hard to answer a phone and sound nice.

I was only there once several years ago. I live about 35 miles away,and have since had a few pairs made closer to home.My experience has been I have not had a better set of classes from their competitors.Will visit them again very soon.

Just took my daughter for her first eye appt today. The office was immaculate. It was clean and very beautiful I might add. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The staff also interacted with my child specifically in a great manner. Wait time was excellent and the eye Dr himself was also excellent. I highly recommend Dr Taylor and the repko staff. Thank you for a wonderful first experience

Absolutely wonderful. My daughter had her first eye appt today and it went great. The staff are great and Dr. Taylor was also excellent. I highly recommend this office if you have children. Very kid friendly
