I always have such a wonderful experience visiting New Eastwood. The environment is incredibly welcoming and feels like a true community. The staff are unfailingly kind, and I really appreciated seeing the Administrator, Jenelle, actively present and taking the time to introduce herself personally!

My time at New Eastwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center was an important part of my healing journey, and I truly want to recognize the Activities Department for the incredible impact they had on me. What they do goes far beyond organizing activities. They bring kindness, encouragement, and genuine human connection into the building every day. During a time when healing physically can feel overwhelming, their positivity and compassion helped support my mental and emotional healing as well. Sherry, Myda, and Justin were absolutely amazing. Their warmth, patience, and uplifting energy made such a difference in my experience. You can tell they truly care about the people they work with, and that kind of genuine compassion is something that cannot be taught. They helped create moments of joy and normalcy during a difficult time in my life, and that meant more than I can express. People like Sherry, Myda, and Justin are the heart of what makes this place meaningful for patients who are trying to heal. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

New Eastwood has undergone a beautiful renovation, completely revamping the interior of the property. It was clean, smelled good, and all of the staff were very friendly and ready to assist with anything that was needed. It’s located in a quiet part of town right across from one of St. Luke’s University Health Network’s 16 hospitals. They go above and beyond for their residents. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for quality care.

I would like to thank Jennelle for going above and beyond for me and my family. She is always there when I need her. I would also like to thank, I'm sorry, but I don't remember the name of the girl who notorized our paperwork. They made a very important situation for my family, a very smooth and easy process. Thank you all!!

Outside of extra bathroom space, this place is pretty awesome. Family member got good treatment... felt comfortable. The nurses and physical therapist built a real connection. I'm happy that their admissions manager was on top of things. She got a room together for Poppa, in no time. We'll never forget the warm family feeling... the care.
