Staff are usually always wonderful but Brenda (I believe was her name) in the room where pictures are taken of the eye was extremely nasty. She was training a very nice lady but was extremely rude when she had to get up off of her phone (looked like Facebook marketplace) and help her. She was extremely rude and rough with my grandmother often complaining that “she moved” and that’s why they couldn’t get a picture. She would then roughly hold her head down. Hope this doesn’t happen again.

They may do decent work but they really must improve service time. Wait is always 1-3 hours which is unreasonable.

Entire staff was wonderful. Dr. Blake Isernhagen was fantastic, informative and caring. Dr. Lemay was so kind and did an extremely thorough examination post op. I wholeheartedly recommend this group!

Dr. LeMay was thorough with her exam and explained everything so that I could understand it. She was polite and seemed to really care about my problem. I would definitely recommend her to others.

Dr. Miguel Busquets was super nice and friendly. He always explained things that I could understand. He had great bedside matter. I can’t say enough good things about him. His staff was just as nice to me. I saw Dr. Belinda Shirkey my last visit and she was so nice and took good care of me. If you need a good retina doctor that the place to go.
