Great experience overall. Dr. Rifai and their PA Victoria were both great. They took the time to answer my questions and explain everything without making me feel rushed. The wait time was good, the staff was friendly, and the whole visit went smoothly. I’d definitely recommend Retina Center of Pensacola to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and professional retina specialist.

The whole appointment was wonderful the Dr and staff were warm and caring My Dr. Made Sure that my procedure was as pain free as possible. I had No Pain At All. Now I will not have any apprehension at all. He is Wonderful. I thank them so much.

Outstanding Doctor and staff. This is the way all medical offices should be run. Many of the staff have been with his doctor for over 10 years. A true reflection of their competency in teamwork.

All staff members that I had interacted with were all pleasant, professional and courteous. An unexpected bonus was the fact I was able to get an appointment almost immediately based on the ER referral. Wait time was minimal so no complaints there.

Was worked in as an emergency appt due to chemo. While busy, everything flowed smoothly, and all the staff were very thorough. The doctor was very professional and performed a complete exam quickly.
