I found this facility to be clean, bright and welcoming. I did not care for the fact that one had to use a Kiosk to sign in whether a new patient or not. Why is there someone working the front desk if everything is being done by the patient at the Kiosk. The Assistant that did all the testing was knowledgeable and pleasant. The Doctor clear and communicative. I was there two hours, but was a new patient so I know that takes time. I would return to this office for future care.

Check in was so easy through their kiosk. No waiting in line. I thought that was great. Got called for testing very quickly. Very thorough. Technicians were great. Met Dr. Niebaur. I liked him very much and was impressed with his thoroughness. I feel like my eyes are in good hands, Highly recommend Nevada Eye Physicians.
I have always found Dr. Gassen to be pleasant, thorough and professional, yet personable. I like him as my eye doctor. I was uncomfortable with the kiosk check in process, which is a common business practice these days. I miss dealing with human beings. The people I did speak with were wonderful.
Minus the wait time, I enjoyed my examination process! The Buckeye fan (cant believe i wrote that) was great! Dr Ryan, was exceptional! I appreciate it!
The assistants who did all the tests were amazing. The Dr. not so much. Treated my questions with disdain and acted as if I was a bother when asking about what was going on. Normally I see the other Dr. and have been very satisfied. The wait was a bit annoying at 45 minutes also. The office wasn’t busy enough to justify it. It was long for all the patients. Thanks
