Staff was very friendly and courteous I was greeted by my name and was seen by the specialists right away. If I had any questions they were happy to explain what I needed to know with a knowledgeable answer. The Doctor was thorough and also would answer any questions I had with confidence and a professional manner
Starting with the registration, very organized. I think the persons doing the scan and the one taking your information and putting the drops in your eyes could be a little bit more personal. Did not see one smile out of them.. It was a lack of personality for sure. I love my doctor though.
Front office staff..has a smile for you and greets every one by name, when checking in, they're fast, friendly and make ck in and out so easy . I personally and sincerely feel they go above and beyond!!♡ MAs and assistants are all SO nice and excellent at making you feel comfortable no matter what your procedure!! Dr Raskauskas is an amazing Doctor and very thorough , I was TERRIFIED of getting shots in my eyes but this man and his steady hand made treatment painless and I'm showing improvement!! GREAT! Trina went out of her way to help me, I could tell by her voice that she really wanted to help, and I appreciate all she did to solve my issue. She is a six-star winner. Wish they all were like her.
Dr. Raskauskas and his team are amazing! They truly care about your eye health. My husband has diabetes and they have been great to ensure excellent retina care and treatment for his eyes. The entire staff from check in to check out are always pleasant and helpful. We highly recommend Retina Group of Florida and Dr. Raskauskas!
