My son and I had an excellent experience at Retinal Consultants in Beaumont, Texas. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with kindness, patience, and professionalism. The entire staff made us feel welcomed and genuinely cared for. I especially want to recognize Quintella at the front desk, who truly went out of her way for us. She was extremely kind, very helpful, and made a stressful situation feel much easier with her warm and caring attitude. The doctors and staff took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and never rushed my visit. I left feeling confident in their expertise and grateful for the compassion shown throughout my care. Dr. Pearce and his staff were exceptional! I had a very smooth check-in with Quentella, almost no wait time before I was called back and everyone was very kind and outgoing. Dr. Pearce was very thorough with me, explained things to make sure I understood and took his time with me. I was very happy with my visit!

Dr. Pearce and his staff are wonderful, from the receptionist Quentella down to everyone doing the testing on my eyes. They are friendly and kind and do their best to be calming and helpful in the midst of a stressful situation. Going to the doctor is never fun, but they take all the fear out of being at the doctors office.

The receptionist at Dr. Pierce’s office is awesome. Her name is Quintella. She’s patient she’s kind she’s also soft spoken and she understand the need of the patience.
