I had laser surgery for A partially detached retina. Dr. Goldman did the surgery. He explained very thoroughly to me. The nurses were amazing. All were very friendly and very attentive to my comfort. I was very pleased with the whole procedure, before and aftercare.

Wow where do I even start….brought my mom here for her appointment and wow….Receptionist at the front desk needs customer service skills. I kindly walk up to check my mom in and she sits there while I’m right in front of her for like 10-15 minutes as if I don’t even exist. I just wanted to verbalize I’m checking my mother in and if she needed info and etc since it was a sudden appointment. She’s not saying anything or even looking at me ….she gets off the phone and STILL isn’t saying anything to me…I wrote on the clip board she grabs it and turns around laughing with others behind her….i say hello? Checking my mom in and she just waves me off to sit down…NEVER dealt with such arrogance but if this is who’s is at the front desk…YIKES. But it’s ok I’m NEVER taking my mother back here again we’ll go to a different office/location where there’s actually respect and a drop of professionalism. Even the young lady who handled her my mom kindly asked to use the bathroom and she had an attitude. Second young lady who helped her was drastically more professional and friendly. She apologized on behalf of her other coworkers. Few were nice but most? Most mean spirited and arrogant staff I’ve come across the atmosphere just felt extremely uncomfortable

From checking in to pre-op yo operating room to post op and recovery everyone was promp, polite and more importantly very professional. It is without hesitation or reservation that I would choose here if I need additional surgery. David Thomas

Professional, efficient and caring staff. The doctor and anesthesiologist took the time to explain everything that would take place during and after the procedure. The nurses go out of their way to make you calm and comfortable while getting you ready for your procedure and making sure that you understand the discharge orders.

I have visited several office locations for the Retina Group of Florida throughout the years as I have moved. Recently I returned to Boca Raton and now see Dr. Halperin and his staff. All Doctors and their staffs have always been very professional and knowledgeable always providing Outstanding patient focused service. I'm very happy returning to Dr. Halperin and his staff's Boca Raton office and look forward to a long relationship. I highly recommend Dr. Halperin, his staff and all the professionals at Retina Group of Florida!
