After contacting Retina Group about my Eye issue, I was given an appointment without a long wait. After appropriate test were completed Dr. Skopis advised surgery. He patiently explained every thing to me in an understandable way. In addition, all the staff gave exceptional service. Follow-up care with Dr Richter was also exceptional (Dr Skopis was not available and it was determined I needed to be seen the day after surgery.) I go back to Dr. Skopis soon. Thanks to all at Retina Group! I've completed my follow up surgery and all went well as before. I am so grateful to Dr Skopis, Bayview Surgery Center and their teams for the excellent, compassionate care I received.

I was referred to this group from an eye doctor at Lens Crafters and a great referral it was. My eyes were thoroughly tested and in a timely manor. Dr Richter and her associates were informative and courteous and great listners. I felt very comfortable and confident with them and can recommend them highly. This Dr and group are my eye doctors now. I'll be back in a year and will be looking forward to it.

I met with Dr Scopis this afternoon for the first time. From the moment I walked in the door, everything went like clockwork. I should have arrived a few minutes earlier than I did for the paperwork but as soon as I finished, I went in for preliminary eye testing. Kiara was wonderful, knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. I then went for scans. The young lady doing the scans was great!! I was in and out in a few minutes. Montana brought to exam room and Dr Skopis came in and introduced himself. Warm, caring with the right amount of compassion. He explained what I needed to have done and would call me in a few days to schedule my surgery. I highly recommend this practice! I am in good hands!

This was my first visit to this practice. Having a career in the healthcare business I would give it a 5 star rating. Everyone was polite and respectful. They introduced themselves. Explained what procedure they were doing and reassured if any questions were asked. Dr. Reichter was top notch.

Wonderful experience every office visit. From reception staff, to technicians, to the care of Dr. Richter, all of the services, care, and informative dialogue are excellent. Finally, checkout through scheduling and billing is similarly professional. A great facility, with extraordinary care providers.
