What a wonderful experience. Being able to book online was great. Had appointments the next week, my old place was taking months to get in. The staff are incredibly friendly, the doctor knowledgeable. Frame selection was top notch and the optician helped me and my husband find the perfect pair of frames. They quoted two weeks for our glasses to be ready but they were ready within one which was a lovely surprise. Highly recommend.

I had a frustrating experience yesterday. Both the technician and the doctor didn’t even bother to look at me basically the entire time of the appointment. They walked in staring at their tablet and talked while just continuing to look at it, half the time with their back turned to me while talking. All they had to do was look at me and say something like “Hi how are you? How have things been?” Just anything that would show any interest being their patient. But they couldn’t be bothered it seems. Zero smiling and zero connection. I do believe they are good at what they do but I was so frustrated that I won’t be back.

I love the quick service treatment and staff is so kind. They scheduled me an appointment for a retinal professional at another location for same day I saw them and had all treatments in one day.

Very clean offices with friendly and professional staff. Questions were answered patiently and thoroughly. This was a great eye care experience!

Dr. Oaks is absolutely wonderful. She is so thorough and explains everything in a way that is truly meant to inform. I was so impressed. Thank you!
