Incredibly friendly and helpful! My half frame glasses got the left lens sucker-punched out while rafting. They put the lens back in free of charge and super quickly. Will definitely come back if i need anything eye related!
Good customer service. It took us a while to get help when we came in and had to hunt someone down a few times. We were able to get my husband glasses for $110 with new lenses and anti-Reflection. One thing I wish we knew was they need you’re eye evaluation in paper form because they need to scan it. Besides the extra trips we had to take, we were happy with the glasses and the final results!
I was disappointed at the contact fitting fee, as i specifically said i did not want to purchace any contacts that day and was only there for glasses. I was unaware they would charge me after asking me a casual "would you like to try these on?". If I had known they would charge me that much I would've declined. When I mentioned it, they just shrugged. It felt sleazy and I was really disappointed.
I wasn’t even a customer but I went into see if I they could help get my glasses fixed (a screw fell out) and they fixed it for free! You guys are the best!
