First-time patient; very favorable impression; very professional & caring help; refractory exam with much improved equipment than past exams at a different location. Eye Dr. was most personable & professionally accommodating. Huge selection of frames. Ordered new frames & lenses; should be ready in 2 weeks. Pricing was fair with 20% discount. I’ll know then exactly how happy I am with the results of their efforts to please me.

Tim was really helpful from the decision process of the styles of frames to the insurance coverage and discounts. He suggested using my insurance for the most expensive pair of frames and sunglass lenses and utilizing the discount for my second pair bin the most cost effective way. I really enjoyed my experience. I highly recommend recommend RHOEL and working with Tim in particular.
