We had a good experience with Dr. Nguyen. He was very attentive to our concerns and also a funny guy to talk to. I was seeking for eye surgery for my mom but he refused because it was not critical enough. Thank you for prioritize my mom's health before the money, Doc!
His office charged me 100.00 as deposit. They promised to refund 70.00 after Blue shield paid them. But they knew that Blue Shield was not going to pay them because they were not in the network. They should had let me know that they had not in the network, so i could find another doctor in the network to save money. Dishonest business
I never come his office again because i had to deposit $100 they said that my insurance will pay me back $60 to me but I never got it while my insurance already paid him copay $104
