Richens Eye Center

I have gone to Riches eye center for 20 years and have been very pleased with the staff and doctors. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. They are truthful when you are trying new frames to pick ones to fit the shape of your face. New equipment is a plus also. They know their business and explain. Things very good.

Richens did my recent cataract surgery. I had the best results. The whole experience was top-notch. Every single employee that I dealt with was compassionate and concise; the whole team knows their stuff. Same at the Surgery Center. Dr Wagner does awesome work. I'm happy that I chose Richens.

Doctor Wagner is such a delight. He is pleasant and friendly while maintaining a professional manner. He has gone out of his way to help me with choices in medications and to explain all medical procedures. I love this doctor!

I had a great visit with Dr. Wagner who quickly steered me back on track to better vision. The entire staff were friendly and efficient. I'm happy with the professional help everyone in the office showed and their efforts to make me feel welcome as a new patient. I've already set up my appointment for my next visit.

We go to Richens eye center normally is St. George for many years for Elliott richens. Today was our first visit there in Mesquite. It was the worst experience we have ever had and hope to ever have. Taylor the office manager is very very rude. We made the apt. I confirmed everything with the person who made the apt about my insurance and what was expected. However, when we arrive Taylor informs us our insurance will not cover some things I was told they would cover when I made the apt. I tried to tell Taylor this and instead she said they don’t in ow who made my apt when in fact they do. We all know when booking apts the person booking the apts bar is on it. Looked to us like she was erasing it because I’m positive it was her! She hung up on me when I was trying to tell her some more info and was very short and rude. To say the least we will not be back to this office. We have been going to Richens offices since my daughter was 3yrs old she is 16 now. I have never been so disappointed in this office because now we have to wait another month and a half for an injury we were told they would look at and would be covered. This office is the biggest inconvenience you could ever go to and it’s because of people like the office manager Taylor who is short and rude! It seems she doesn’t like dealing with people or problems she creates.
