The doctor I saw was thorough, listened to my concerns and needs, and completely nailed my new eyeglass prescription. I went in with new Rayban frames I bought myself and ended up leaving with Calvin Klein frames I liked better because they had a great selection of frames as well. All in all, an excellent experience.
Dr. Ruddick is such a kind and caring doctor. He always takes the time to talk and answer any questions. He explains the status of the health of your eye as well as any changes in acuity. I am so thankful to have him care for me and my family. Can’t recommend him enough.
Ridge Eye Institute is fantastic. Staff is on the ball with assistance, and reminders for appointments. Dr. Ruddick is genuinely caring and invested in your eye health. Ridge offers the personal touch for your eye health needs. The office is spacious and beautiful. The optical department is very helpful and attentive. It's so fantastic to have such a quality practice to serve our needs on the ridge.
Staff was on top of everything from check in to all of the different testing included in the exam. Helpful, alert, professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this business for all your eye care needs. I will return. They also have a really good selection of frames for glasses.
Ridge Eye Institute has helpful, kind, professionals taking care of my 90 year old mother with vision issues. I am her daughter and caregiver. They greet us when we come in. The Staff members who do Mom's checks are patient with our slower moving. The Doctors are the best. In addition to the great service, Mom's doctor told her about a newly approved procedure that could help to keep my mom's eyesight from declining. We would highly recommend Ridge Eye Institute for any of your vision needs, including great glasses which I have from there too.
