I have received, in my opinion, the best quality of care at this medical facility. I’ve never had to wait very long to get to see my provider. She has ALWAYS asked me if I have any concerns or questions and the scheduling of appointments have mostly been what is convenient for me. I’ve never felt “rushed out” during an appointment. My provider listens and is concerned about my wellbeing. I leave with a sense of having been heard and seen.

Mary Walker is the best nurse practitioner. She listens to what you have to say. Takes time to explain medical problems with you. Staff is great and friendly. Very clean.

This place always helps me immediately when I’m in crisis! although it can take up to a few weeks to get an in person appointment, you have to remember. This place WILL NOT TURN ANYONE AWAY! Patience is a virtue and completely worth it. The only BAD THING I HAVE TO SAY IS TO GET ANY OTHER PHARMACY. PLEAAAASSEEE! Their pharmacy is totallly overwhelmed and overloaded.and meeting deadline can be a whole day event! (Ask me how I know)

They do not provide good quality care. My husband saw a therapist one time and requested a transfer to a male therapist. We had to call multiple times and it took six weeks to get that therapist to “release” him to a new therapist. Then they scheduled another month out. For an injection appointment- we were asked 15 mins after his appointment time if we brought his injection with us. We did not as we were never told we needed to bring it. They told us to go to the pharmacy to get it filled and come back. We go to the pharmacy who tells us it’s not covered and to go back to the appointment. We go back and they proceed to give him the injection anyway. Very unorganized.

The one on 5th avenue with the nurse practitioner Jewell Birdwell is a joke. I just seen her little over month who. We discussed everything. And especially my swelling of my ankles at times and how the doctor Deborah Allen treated me and it was only things that worked. And I have the documents to prove that in my monthly emails. We was in agreement I stay on it that I would call when I needed it . Needed it today cuz I'm swelling again and lost my inhaler. Couldn't get any help what so ever and was told to go to urgent care after me telling her how I got treated there last time and that I'd never go back. She refused me any help. She's negligent and has no concern for patients. She knows the only medication that helps my swelling and helps fast but refused to give to me. And it's there in my records!!!! If anything happens to me she will be held responsible. Pass off her responsibility for her patients onto a urgent care clinic is truly sad!! I will file a lawsuit is anything happens to me. That medicine takes my swelling down within a day or two . And I'm told to go somewhere else. What kind of physician does that to their patients?? A uncaring and neglectful one that's who. Pathetic
