Riverbend Eyecare

One of the best appointments I've had. From the time I walked thru the door til I walked out. The receptionist greeted me with a smile and a great attitude. The young nurse was great doing the test. Very professional and Dr. Bantugan was awesome. studied the reports he received, cked my eyes and asked questions. Listen to what I had to say. Did not rush me. Was very satisfied with my visit. Would and will recommend Riverbend to anyone and everyone I come in contact with.

I was very impressed by the clinic appearance. The staff knew how to treat a person. Dr Parrish is super nice. She explained everything to me. I couldn’t ask for great enough clinic visit.🥰☺️

My experience upon entrance to exiting the Riverbend Eyecare Center was exceptional! The facility was extremely clean and smelled amazing!! The staff is very welcoming, professional, knowledgeable, thorough and caring. Although, I was a walk-in, the visit went quickly without a long wait time. This was the BEST Optometrist visit ever!!! It was definitely worth the drive from Natchez. I will highly recommend!!

Literally everyone that I came in contact with, starting with phone and text help beforehand and then in the office, was so friendly and helpful! Definitely one of the best experiences I've ever had at a Dr's office. And Dr. B was incredibly easy to talk to and just genuinely nice! I had plenty of time to ask questions, and everything was explained and handle perfectly.

They were awesome. I just recently had surgery on my spine. I called and got the optical department letting him know my standing is sitting situation when I got there. I didn’t have to wait or sit in the low seats in the lobby and I spoke The optical Frames Technician, Talitha She remember me from my last visit and knew my style . She had 5 pair picked out for me when I got there. The very first pair I tried on were perfect. The Eye exam technician, she was so nice and helping me to do my exams, making sure I was securely and safely sitting so that I wouldn’t hurt. This was the best visit ever and of course the doctor she is totally awesome and so easy-going and understanding.They all made me feel so much , better than I felt When I Shuffled in the door. Knowing that my concerns were their concerns . They took great care of me thank you so much to the staff @River Ben Eye Clinic in Vicksburg Mississippi .
