The staff & doctors are great!!! I love my doctor. However when did it become a nightmare to get an appointment?? 3-4 months out?? What happen to the days when you could get an appointment with in 1 month? This is becoming ridiculous. I sat on hold for 57 mins trying to set up an appointment. Still could not get through, I called back and was able to request a call back. Lets see how long that takes.....

The efficiency of this clinic has been a concern since I first began bringing my child here, but it has noticeably declined over time. It consistently takes over a week to receive a doctor’s note for school absences, rather than it being provided at the time of the appointment. Test results that are available the same day often take more than two weeks to be communicated. I have also had to follow up on referrals that were stated as submitted but were not, which has delayed my child’s care. These ongoing delays in communication and treatment are unacceptable and have impacted my confidence in the level of care being provided. As a result, I will be seeking a new primary care provider for my child moving forward.
RMC why not get your manager to read allllll the negative comments here and do something about it? Has anyone tried calling the number and speaking to the manager. I can top all your complaints, I was given someone else's after visit summary when I took my son here years back. Which means they gave ours to someone else. And yes I can vouch for the ladies being rude at the front. Hurts them to Crack a smile every now and again! I had to tell a lady that I dont get charged for physicals, this is covered by insurance. She then agreed after a moment. Older lady in radiology got spicy just because I ask a question, she could have easily said I dont know politely. Don't tell me to call you. Its ur damn clinic, if you want it to be packed and get rich then maybe change the face of the infrastructure (referring to the staff) and yes it could use some remodeling. I almost tripped when the floor on radiology was uneven. Maybe a lawsuit will fix that?
Have been going to this clinic for 39 years. For the past 10 years it has consistently gotten worse every year. Good Doctor's consistently leave. Getting assistance for anything is difficult. The phone system is almost impossible, spent over 2 hours and could never get a person on the line making it impossible to make an appointment without using the online system. When using the online system it requires you to call to cancel appointments, again making it impossible to cancel an appointment. Please look elsewhere for your medical care, its worth the drive!
Dr. Yohanan Kim clearly hates his job. Maybe someone was rude to him and he took it out on me, but he came in with negative energy immediately. He completely ignored my concerns, was extremely condescending and rude. I alerted him to issues I’ve been having with my tonsils and without much question, he denied my experience, when I said I think I’d get a second opinion he said do you have PPO insurance as if to say I was too broke or incapable of doing so (which I do have PPO insurance). We didn’t even get to touch on the pressure I’ve been getting in my ears. He’s the expert so I would have listened to his opinion and taken it into consideration had he not come in and treated me so poorly. Not to mention, this is not my first consultation for this issue, so I know that they should be removed. Generally he had just a terrible attitude to have towards a person’s experience in their body. If you have something going on, do not listen to just one opinion and believe it. Get many and make sure your doctor actually cares about what you’re telling them.
