I’ve never had glasses previously. I went in to look and to find out measurements and potentially order glasses. I was asked if I had insurance (even though I wasn’t planning to use it for this) and even though I stated multiple times this was new and overwhelming to me and I was trying to understand sizing I was told to go somewhere else without actually being helped.
