The longest wait time ever. Even with no one here. Got my self checked out by the nurse, waited for a doctor to come to my room over 1 hr. They sent my medicine to the wrong location. I asked the girl to fix it. Mind you I have the Flu, sent me home with 107 fever. They have me running around. 2 staff hung up on me. The nastiest staff. Doctor is decent.

My wife took my son there to see his pediatrician. She wasn't there so we saw another doctor instead. Towards the end of the appointment, my wife asked the doctor's opinion on a certain treatment, and they immediately caught a dismissive attitude and told her to speak to a neurologist. As my wife was leaving, she heard the doctor openly berating her in another room with the door wide open. To be clear, the doctor is allowed to express their opinion on the treatment and whether it may be a good fit for our child. In fact, we were actively seeking it, not trying to be argumentative. To immediately dismiss and insult us on the way out is unacceptable.

The staff at this facility are not helpful. They tell you to use the portal and no one ever contacts you or refills meds. Then no other provider that is there filling in will not do anything to rectify the problem. You have to wait until the doctor goes back in that at times it is a week. Dont call corporate either because they are just as bad as for you can't put in a complaint of one of their offices. That has to be done through your insurance. Now I know why no one does their job. It starts from the top. Bit they sure want to collect that money.

Unfortunately, my experience with this primary care physician was extremely disappointing. The appointment felt more like a fast-food drive-thru than a medical consultation. The doctor did not perform a proper physical examl,no auscultation of the lungs, no abdominal palpation, no checking of lymph nodes, throat, or ears. In fact, the medical assistant was the only person who spent more than five minutes with me, taking my vitals and weight. (Supporting staff was kind of and efficient) The doctor came in briefly, spoke for less than five minutes, and simply issued lab orders. To make matters worse, when I checked the insurance claim, and medical report, it listed a full physical exam: normal auscultation, abdominal exam, throat and ear check , none of which actually happened. Patients are moved through quickly, and the quality of care is severely lacking. I left feeling unheard and unexamined. This is not the standard of care anyone deserves.

whoever took my call was extremely rude and unhelpful. she’s lucky i don’t have her name because she needs to learn how to address patients properly and get a lesson on professionalism because she is lacking. all other representatives i spoke with have NEVER spoke to me in the tone i had received. whoever was working the front desk of 8/21 needs to be let go and find a new profession because they suck and should NEVER work with people. it is a shame they let such miserable people in these fields.
