After my 3 year old tried to implant my glasses into my pineal gland with the top of his head, one of my lenses was touching the right eye, and the other was out past my nose. These lovely ladies fixed them in minutes and refused payment. Thank you ma'ams.

I was visiting from Pennsylvania, sat on my glasses, and a lens fell out. A nice lady put my glasses back together and made sure they fit. Or without even waiting! I so appreciated it.

This review is long overdue, but I wanted to share my experience with the incredibly kind and generous staff at this business. Over a year ago, I was transporting a boat from Florida to New York when my glasses fell into the water near Jekyll Island. In a pinch, I called this location, explained my situation, and gave them my contact lens prescription. Even though I wouldn’t arrive until after their closing hours, the staff went above and beyond to help me. They prepared two free sets of contact lenses, along with a case and a bottle of solution, and stashed them near the building for me to pick up. Their act of kindness was a lifesaver. They didn’t know me, yet they went out of their way to provide exceptional service. I regret not leaving this review sooner, but I am so grateful for their help. Thank you for being so thoughtful and going the extra mile when I needed it most.

One of the nose rests on my glasses broke off. They got me new ones in five minutes and didn’t charge.

I’ve been a client at Millican Eye Center for years, and every visit has been an outstanding experience. The staff are kind and helpful, always taking time with me and answering questions with a smile. Recently I went in with a pair of glasses I had sat on! The lenses were intact but the frame was beyond repair and was no longer available. Robbie went out of his way to find a compatible frame, and I’m delighted with it. Thanks, Robbie!
