Moses Eyecare Center in St. John is an awesome place. The staff obviously enjoy working with each other, and they communicate with clients professionally and in a timely manner. Their selection of glasses may not be the largest, but they can and will order just about any frame style you could possibly want. They also have specialists who help you pick out frames and lenses that work best for you. The eye doctors are fun, pleasant people who truly know their stuff. I cannot stress enough how much I love Moses Eyecare, and I am thankful to God for the people who work there. I highly recommend Moses Eyecare to anyone in need of glasses or contacts. They are the best.

Thank you to Courtney. I called to make an appointment for my daughter and I. A couple days before the appointment Courtney called me to confirm the appointment and also to inform me that I was not due for my yearly visit til later this year. If I still wanted to see the doctor. I appreciate them catching that. Thank you
My daughter had her first eye wxam here a few weeks ago and they all handled her with great care.
The office staff are nice enough and so are the doctors but the wait time is a huge issue. If you try to go in to get glasses fixed, be prepared to wait an hour plus. There should be a system in place to assist with glasses. At the very least attempt to fit the person in, in between appointments instead of making them wait forever for something simple. At this point I've had enough issues with wait time that I'm ready to make a switch.
We had our appointment scheduled for 3:15pm. We were not seen for nearly an hour by the eye doctor. When we were taken to the front no one was there to greet us as we had to get new glasses. The gentleman finally came out after a few minutes and said how the doctor told him we weren't getting glasses, which why wouldn't we? We need new prescriptions filled. This was never discussed it was only assumed we weren't getting any. The lady that initially took us back and into the room came out to hand off our charts to the girl behind the desk and abruptly with attitude says "That's the only tower you can look at." and she starts to walk away. I question wait why? Did not bother explaining anything. It was the girl behind the desk that explained a few things and come to find out we could technically look at any of the towers for frames. The rest of the visit felt entirely rushed. We didn't leave until a little before 5pm. This is the worst experience I have ever had at this eye doctor. Our past visits were good. I had to leave work early and take my child out of school in order to make the appointment on time, only to not be seen for nearly an hour afterwards. The school note they gave us, they wrote the appointment time as 3:45 which I had her correct to 3:15. So somewhere along the lines I feel someone really messed up. But the seeming lack of care and just pure sense of urgency to get us out was evident. We will be picking up our glasses when they come in but I am not sure if we will be returning customers. If I have to be on time and make accommodations to do so, then you should be on time as well. Whoever the lady was behind the desk was the nicest there and took the time to explain whatever I had questions with, so thank you for that. The rest of the staff needs to brush up on timeliness and customer service.
