So happy I can share my bubbly happiness today- I went in Walmart to purchase a storage cabinet. The customer service of Dionisio was remarkable! This diplomatic gentleman assisted me with great diplomacy , courtesy and professionalism. He took my item and assisted me making space in my vehicle. I am a teacher for Special Needs and my car is full of crafts and everything :0…NOW THIS IS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. He deserves a promotion. Awesomeness 👌🏽

Horrible service ! I want to share a poor experience I had at checkout today. The employee at register with the name Cherokee had a noticeably bad attitude while checking our items. Throughout the transaction he or she was making faces, seemed annoyed, and were working very slowly without explanation. It felt dismissive and made the whole checkout uncomfortable I usually have fine experiences at Walmart, but this interaction stood out and left a bad impression. I hope management can review customer service standards with staff. Thank You
