Waited 40 minutes for pickup after order was placed in the morning. Told would be ready at 5. I sit there for 20 minutes after checking in. No answer. Wait another 20 minutes and they tell me the order is still being picked. Call the store number to speak to customer service and manager. Customer service hangs up on me. Call back, they pick up and hang up. Called 3rd time and this person actually did her job and put me in contact with the manger over pickups. This is exactly why people can't stand Walmart and dealing with them. Flat out lie to customers, hangup on them, perk you around and waste you time. 40 minutes while the order isn't even ready AFTER you said it would be. Worst place to expect service and shop.

Pathetic motorized shopping cart situation. There's 2-3 parked out of order, with always 2-3 that don't hold enough charge to do a complete 30 minutes of shopping, plus 1 that seat sensor is very tricky!

There is so much variety to choose from. All locations are built different but with the same courteousness. Everything is cleaned and organized. Sometimes I just go in to see what all they have, still be in amazement!! Love the Rollback prices!! Now they have a Reebok Clothing.. wow!! Go visit your local Walmart to see all they offer especially in The Garden Department!!

I always like coming here now and thhen the clothing choices are different then what I can get in wooster and massillon. Makes for a nice drive on a beautiful day also. Clearance isles were really full today. I picked up a wuzzle for 2 dollars and a pair if ladies Levi's for 4 bucks also a barbie for 4.50 and a crawling baby alive for 6 bucks all in all a good shopping trip.

A lady on self checkout named Kat targets us every time we go in there. She will stand by our cart, stare at us while we pay, then continue to check the receipt after she watched us pay from literally less than a foot away. She never does it to anyone else but me and my boyfriend. Mind you, we pay every time for everything in our cart. Only giving 2 stars because Bonnie, the other self checkout lady, is so sweet and she always makes our days better. Do better Kat. Don’t target people and be more like Bonnie
