After consulting with multiple individuals, I found that they possess an excellent staff; however, their estimated waiting time for glasses is notably inaccurate. They advise "5-7 business days," yet the actual duration is approximately three to three and a half weeks. The service and overall experience are commendable, but there is a deficiency in transparency regarding the timeline for lenses and contacts.

I had suddenly noticed an issue with my left eye while on my way to Reno. My wife contacted the ophthalmologist office and they took me in that evening. They were able to diagnose the issue. I truly appreciate them taking me in.
From the second I walked in I was greeted with a friendly face and a smile. It took less than 5 minutes of waiting before I was taken back and all the tests went very quickly. When the doc came in he was very friendly, performed the tests quickly and efficiently and explained everthing in detail. When it was time to pick out my glasses the girl was very nice, knew what she was doing and got things done in a timely manner.
I took my 5 year old in for his first official eye exam and it went so smooth. They were polite and patient working with him through the entire process. Made the process of getting him glasses much more smooth and less of a challenge for the kiddo. He was very excited when we left and I will be referring friends and family. Definitely recommend!
I ordered contacts and glasses. I was originally estimated 3-7 days for my contacts and 2-3 weeks for my glasses. After I had already paid of course. I am currently 2 weeks into waiting on both so I decided to call to see if they had arrived. I was informed that my contacts were indeed in and I could come to pick them up. Upon arrival, I was then told they were delayed. I can understand that these things take time but at this point, they have flat out lied to me on multiple occasions and I need them to drive and work. I wouldn't recommend this place. The staff is friendly sure but I wish they were upfront from the beginning. I would rather take an inconvenient truth than a lie.
