Staff and doctors are professional and courteous. No wait time too. Best eye doctors in FL! I heard a couple cranky patients during my visit. The women at the desk were patient with them and solved their needs!
Great experience w Dr. Rowan he listens. I was surprised he believed me when said had allergy to med as only occurs rarely. Some doctors not believe patients. Thank you and glad I found this doctor. Robson staff very friendly and efficient.
I have been there two times, and everyone is courteous yet professional. Dr Menewski, who I called Dr Robson by mistake, on my first visit,, did nott correct me and treated me with care and professionalism. The staff is friendly and very efficient. They are truly the backbone of the office, always ready and able to help keep things running smoothly.. ..
The doctors here are excellent and Kat Who is there to measure glasses and help you set up your frames and your lenses,is absolutely awesome. She’s thorough. She hears what you’re saying. She’ll help you pick out your Your lenses. She’s really in tune and just knows what frames will look for your face according to what you’re wearing. If you want an eye exam or you want glasses and lenses this is a place to go. You may pay a little bit more for your lenses and frames, it’s worth it cause they know what they’re doing there
Don't waste your time! Had a good eye exam, said I need Cataract surgery, made an appointment 6 weeks out, arrived 1 min early, Doctor was a no show..After 45 minute asked to reschedule now 2 months out. .Turned out they were late because they decided to have a staff breakfast instead of patient care.. Say no to this place!. Update: finally got a call from Robson the lady said they were not late because of a party, guessing the caterer carrying all the food packages in was there for something else…. She said they are rarely on time for appointments so I asked why bother with appointments or schedules if they don’t matter, she said goodbye🤣. Now I’m having an impossible time getting Robson to release me as a patient, apparently they have some sort of arrangement with my insurance provider, Humana, that makes them exclusive… now I understand why they don’t give a crap about patients.
