My doctor retired and I was referred to this office. All I have to say is no thanks. The office is disorganized. The front desk could be better. I saw Dr Robson once. He was in a rush to get out of my exam. I called for another appointment and they scheduled me with a doctor I didn't want and have never met. I cancelled my appointment and I'm going to another doctor in another practice.

I had an appointment in April. The office was busy. Took my insurance card and never entered it in their system. Had to ask for my card back after almost 2 hrs. Didn’t know how much my copay would be as they didn’t ask the insurance company when they called to confirm my insurance. Had to ask me. I told them what I had previously paid. Then I get a notification from my previous insurance company stating I wasn’t covered by them. Called and told them I had a different ins beginning Jan 1 which I had handed them upon arrival and they confirmed I was covered. They asked me if Zi knew I had new insurance and of course I said yes and. that I had provided the correct card but the front desk apparent know what they were doing and repeated about giving them my card, etc. I called I don’t know how many times to their billing department and they didn’t handle it correctly either. My insurance denied the claim due to the amount of time it took them to finally submit it. Had to have a three way call with billing, my insurance and myself but they still denied the Claim and said I wasn’t responsible. Now I received a text messsge an about me owning $40. Tried calling the billing department 10 times about it with no call back to date! Not going back there again. Would not recommend them!

First appointment was canceled and no one contacted me. Next time I saw the doctor, but wasn't able to have eye measured. Tried for weeks to have someone answer phone. 45 minute drive to get next appointment.. Rebecca did not order eye drops. Had to pay $48 out of pocket to get them from Walgreens. Over charged me $200-have not see that money, and will probably never get it back. Manager feed wild squirrels at the entrance. Everyone walks through the mess and cares into the building and carpet. That needs to be stopped.

They don't answer their phone or call back, Over-book - the waiting area is crowded. The routine visit took a long time. The text bot says "we are very concerned about your care" (not)

I had to wait 3 months to get in. I made the appointment for their Palm Harbor office. I showed up early to do paperwork only to find they were closed. I called. Waited. Disconnected. Called again. Told the person who answered that I’m standing in front of the doctors office in Palm Harbor for my appointment and the building is empty. She says one moment please. Then she says my appointment is scheduled in their Clearwater office. I told her that I did not schedule it for Clearwater - that I called the Palm Harbor office. Apparently both locations have the same phone number so now I have to wait another month. Geeze.
