I gotta tell ya. The first time I walked in and did my first eye test procedure last year it went so amazing starting from the receptionist all the way to the doctor that took her time to facilitate me new glasses. The second time, today. Yasmine welcomed me with an amazing grace and charm and was ready and able to arrange new glass frames to replace my older broken ones. She also cleaned theme and made it seem as if they were her own. That was so special. I think it took a little over 30 minutes to have me walk out with new eyes looking good with my new frames. I want to take a minute and say thank you. These kind of experiences are almost rare but Roosevelt family eye care has really made my day into a clear and brighter and happpier one. Yasmine, you rock girl. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I’ll be honest, I was really nervous about seeing the eye doctor, but this office made the entire experience so much better than I expected. From the moment I walked in, the front desk team, especially Yazmin and Monserrat, were incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. They made me feel welcome right away and helped ease my nerves. The doctor was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which helped me feel much more comfortable. I never felt rushed, and all my questions were answered. Overall, the whole experience was smooth, organized, and reassuring. I’m really glad I found this office and would definitely recommend it to anyone, especially if you feel a little anxious about eye appointments like I did.

They da goats, veryyyy friendly and front desk super nice with my mom, The doctor really nice too, tried communicating with my mom. She really appericated that but overall 10/10 lovely and lively people I wish this was here when I was younger very nice people would recommend to everyone trying to get new glasses!!

The front desk workers are some of the kindest people I have had the pleasure to do business with. They have a great attitude and are passionate about their work and patient care. Yazmin was very helpful! Dr. Ooriel has been the best eye doctor I’ve had! Very comfortable environment!
