I would give them zero stars if possible. I would definitely not recommend them! My previous eye doctor quit taking my insurance and I went to Rosemore because it was close to home. The doctor told me I had dry eyes and the beginning of cataracts. My previous eye doctor had never mentioned this to me. He prescribed Meiobe which can have a ton of side effects. I only took it a couple of times & it made my eyes blurry. He also told me I had an ingrown eyelash, which I couldn't see or feel. He said even though it didn't bother me it bothered him so he supposedly removed it & he charged it to insurance. He wrote a new prescription for eye classes. I picked out of frames. I was told they were on backorder. I called several times & they weren't available. After a couple of months, I picked out some frames at another place and had my prescription filled. The prescription was way off. I went back to the Rosemore eye care and was told that I would have to get a new eye exam and pay for it because I got the glasses somewhere else. They actually told me that the other place might've put the lens in backwards I went to Plano eye associates in Plano and got a new exam. I do not have dry eyes or cataracts. The rosemore eye prescription had gone from a two to a three for my prescription and the new exam showed I needed a 2.5. I got the new prescription put in my new frames and they are wonderful. Rosemore only cares about money. They don't care about you.
