Dr. Anderson listened attentively and explained many aspects of multi-focal lenses that I had no knowledge of - all very useful. Kyle helped me pick out frames and lens colours and he was a delight to work with. All members of staff are great to work with. The first pair of glasses I received did not help my problem. Jessica was very patient and took many measurements and ordered new lenses and frames, at no cost to me. The new pair work perfectly! I am grateful for her attention to every detail.

Dr. Anderson was excellent and explained everything. Then the store manager Kyle helped me through the entire process of selecting frames and lenses. All of the staff from the time I entered the office were helpful and kind. I will recommend this office to family and friends.

Yes! It was my first time at this new optical facility. I’ve been going to the same eye doctor for 10 years and it was a very nice experience and I’ll be coming back.

Doctor was very nice, explained things to my kid. Optician-Kyle was also very nice, friendly and spoke to my kid and I in a respectful manner. Also explained things to me and was easy to work with.

Dr. C is great! Very knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. He offered multiple options for my prescription. Office is clean and staff is friendly!
