Rosin Eyecare - Berwyn

**BUYER BEWARE** - Please avoid this location at all cost!! The eye doctor was nice and personable. However, the entire office staff from the Assistant Manager to the front desk receptionist are extremely unprofessional and the service is chronically substandard. It's going on 2 months since my eye exam and glasses prescription order was placed, yet I still haven't received my glasses. I've had to contact them multiple times to follow up because no one has followed up with me and I'm still being told that they haven't heard back from the "lab" and that someone will contact me whenever they hear back from the "lab". Horrible, lazy, substandard service. Patronize this location at your own risk!

I do not recommend this place. One of the front desk staff members was very arrogant—she acted like she owned the clinic. She treated the clients very poorly. I wish I had been able to speak with her manager.

I highly recommend Rosen as an exceptional ophthalmologist. Rosen combines deep medical expertise with a caring and patient-centered approach. During my visits, they took the time to thoroughly explain my eye condition and treatment options in a way that was clear and easy to understand. Their attention to detail and commitment to providing the best possible care gave me confidence throughout the process.

The company I work for had me come here for company paid prescription safety glasses. I just had an eye exam and purchased glasses at Pearl Vision. The Rosin optician took my brand new Pearl Vision glasses into their lab and a few minutes later had me go through routine eye exam in the dimmed exam room. When we were finished they turned the lights on and I immediately noticed the damage to my lenses on my brand new pearl vision glasses. Both lenses had an triangle shaped scratched into the lenses. I complained. The denied damaging the glasses. Rosin then whined to my HR department that I wrote a bad review. Since i couldn't find the original and the service at this store seemed as if they were angry I bought glasses at another store I decided to post this complaint. All they had to do was apologize.

Maria adjusted my glasses with great care and professionalism. She was kind, efficient, and made sure everything fit perfectly. Excellent service
