⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at Royal Optix Inc. in Brooklyn. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. A huge shout-out to Dr. Olga! She was incredibly kind, patient, professional, and knowledgeable. She took her time with my exam, explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was done properly. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and takes pride in what she does. It’s not always easy to find someone who is both highly knowledgeable and genuinely pleasant to deal with, but Dr. Olga is exactly that. I left feeling completely confident and satisfied with the care I received. Five stars all around. I highly recommend Royal Optix, and especially Dr. Olga, to anyone looking for great eye care in Brooklyn!

I had a wonderful experience at this ophthalmology office. The doctor was excellent-very thorough and incredibly patient. She spent a lot of time with me explaining all of my eye issues in detail and made sure I understood everything. She was also very pleasant, and you can tell she truly loves what she does. The entire staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional, which made the visit even more pleasant. The office is equipped with top-notch, modern equipment, which gave me a lot of confidence in the care I received. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for knowledgeable, attentive, and compassionate eye care.

Great service , friendly staff! I was in a bind after a neighboring eye doctors office wouldn’t squeeze me in after I explained I was out of contacts! Royal Optix took me in right away and made me feel very comfortable during my eye exam. Very professional will be back!

Great experience here at Royal Optix. Everyone was super helpful and attentive to my needs from the moment i stepped in. From the front desk to the doctor, everyone was super kind and accommodating. They made sure I understood the purposes of my lenses and were very reasonably priced. I always look for great customer service in an establishment and this place has nailed it. Couldn’t recommend enough:)
