Jackie, Ash and Leigh were phenomenal. I got my service done in February and they were all so sweet. This was my daughter’s first time being at the eye doctor and they were so patient and walked her through each step until she was comfortable. I appreciated that the most. They definitely made it easy and made me want to return in the future.
We've been going to Rx Optical since moving to the area a few years ago and have had a great experience! It's easy to book an appointment online and we've never had a long wait at the office. All of the ladies working in the front are welcoming and helpful. Jackie helped me find a new pair of glasses that suited my face well! Will definitely continue to make our appointments here. :)
I visited today and a new patient and I will definitely be back! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Nicole was incredible! She worked with me to keep in my price range and helped me find exactly what I needed!
I called to the store to order contacts and spoke with Jackie who was very helpful on helping me use my HSA account to pay for my contacts. I came into store that same day and she was able to apply a discount to both my contacts and TWO pairs of glasses which I also got a free pair of sunglasses with my contact supply. She was very kind and made me feel comfortable in the office where I am a little anti social and always feel uncomfortable in public. Great experience. Thank you lady 🤍
We took my daughter in to get her first pair of glasses and boy was there a lot of options and styles! We didn’t know where to start or how. Jackie was amazing and made our girl feel so great in the colors she chose! It was a nice experience l.
