I enjoyed my first visit to the Charlotte Rx Optical location. Tonya made me feel welcomed the moment I walked in. Bonnie was very patient and explained things to me during my initial eye exam which made me more comfortable. The doctor was the very thorough and gave me great advice to help my eyes at work (looking at multiple computer screens). Darci made the process of picking out my new glasses easy peasy. I will be going back for my annual eye exams moving forward.

All staff at Rx Optical in Charlotte were friendly, welcoming and efficient from the time I entered until I left. The Dr was so nice and explained everything and took time to answer my questions. Darci was very sweet and helpful in choosing my new glasses. I really appreciated her honesty and enjoyed getting to know her. The young lady who did the tests before my appointment was very kind and sweet as well. My glasses arrived before the estimated date and pickup was very easy. I will definitely return here for all of my eye care needs.

This was my first experience at the Charlotte location. It couldn’t have been any better! The selection and the service was outstanding. Darci was in total control of that only ordering my new pair of prescription glasses, but also was able to promptly fix an old pair that I needed for backup. I would highly recommend visiting this location.

Have been coming here for around 20 years and they have consistently been kind and thorough. I require the highest prescription contacts and prescription glasses to wear over them. The doctor here has gone above and beyond over the years to make sure I see the world as good as possible. I look forward to my yearly exam.

Had a fantastic experience here for my eye exam. The entire staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and efficient from the moment I walked in. The doctor took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. The office is clean, modern, and has a great selection of frames. Highly recommend!
