I highly recommend this location and place to assist you with what you need. Oh Ask for Theresa (I’m not sure if I’m spelling her name right I’m sorry luv) but she’s the reason why I will continue to come back and refer more ppl to come. Her kindness, patience, understanding, always trying to find ways to assist her customers, and she knows a lot about the business. Thank you Theresa for your help and never giving up with today’s technology with getting what I needed done.

The process was quick and easy. Loved the tele-health vision. I also love my new script. Got my script and ordered a new pair through another company so I have backups. When I got my pair from Rx Optical, they became my backups because the arms of the glasses are messed up. I was told to wear them for a week and test them out. They are still messed up. The lady tried to fix them but it didn't work. Oh well.

The staff is exceptionally good at providing information and options for the best eye care available. They are efficient, not just fast, helping and answering questions as they go. I highly recommend them and the tech and systems they use to save money and time.

Went in for a routine check up and Erica was so nice and easy to work with. She really knows what she’s talking about and the process was quick and easy. Also, the manager, Theresa, is amazing and so so helpful!

I had a virtual exam today at the Benton Harbor location and the staff were very thorough in explaining each step and answered my questions. The virtual tech and physician were both very personable and professional. I was able to get in the same day!
