Rx Optical

Everyone who worked there was very nice. They made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Alysia was noticeably sweet and assured me that leaving with my glasses comfortably fitting on my face was a top priority and she wouldn’t stop until they felt right (no matter how picky I was). Tyler was always willing to help and made me feel taken care of with his high levels of concern and empathy. Debbie is a masterclass with fixing glasses and she as well wanted to make sure they fit just right, and if they didn’t, I could always come back to get them fixed. She also answered all of my questions and concerns (she knows a lot and I appreciated her taking the time out for me). Overall it was a great experience 10/10 no notes.

After fighting with Insurance for months had to come back for coverage. Customer service is amazing. Tyler offered coffee water remembered my name and listened when I was denied coverage then took extra time and Manager Deborah. This place is very friendly and helpful with insurance and customers individual preferences.

Don’t bother. Two appointments. Both times I showed up, was told they were behind schedule at least an hour. You have my phone number. You can’t text to say you are behind schedule. Much more reliable places around to get glasses without this type of hassle. Rude!

TYLER and DEBBIE at the Rx Optical in Coldwater, MI are are extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable! They worked with me to get my finicky eyes/prescription all figured out. ALYSIA and other staff also went above and beyond to help me find frames I love. :)

Michaela, Alysia, Tyler and Debbie made my whole experience wonderful. They took all the time I needed in my examination and even helped me pick out my frames. I would highly recommend Rx Optical.
