What did I like most? Where do I even start? It wasn't just an eye appointment; it was a spiritual awakening for my retinas. * The Legend Himself: Dr. David Szczepanski isn’t just an Optometrist; he’s a wizard of the ocular arts. He navigated my prescription with the precision of a master watchmaker and the charisma of a late-night talk show host. I walked in seeing "blurry shapes" and walked out seeing the molecular structure of the atmosphere. The Tech: I felt like I was being recruited for a top-secret space mission. The equipment is so cutting-edge I’m pretty sure I saw into the future during my retinal scan. (Spoiler: The future looks clear). The Vibe: The staff at RX Optical handled me with the grace and efficiency of a pit crew at the Indy 500. From the moment I crossed the threshold, I was treated like eyewear royalty. Bottom line: If you have eyes, you are doing them a disservice by going anywhere else. My eyesight is so crisp now I can see the hidden intentions of people three blocks away.

My glasses broke on a Friday afternoon. They were able to see me Saturday morning with a full eye exam and updated prescription. All staff were professional, kind, and downright hilarious. My glasses arrived a few weeks ago and were a great match.

In the past I have had good experiences at this location. However in this past year I have had some very off touches from the staff who seem unwilling or incapable of helping. The final touch was when I spent 30 minutes in near silence waiting for the front staff to try and attempt to order glasses for me, which they were unable to do. This was not due to a payment error, or a specific glasses scenario, but due to the staff not knowing how to process the order. I ended up leaving as there was a line of 6 people stacked up behind me waiting to also looking to get help with glasses.

Super impressed with the knowledge & care we received. Matthew was patient & gave helpful feedback on glasses. Dr S is funny, kind & gives great advice.

I made an impromptu visit with my elderly father who was visiting and needed his glasses adjusted after falling asleep with them on and bending the frames out of whack. We were greeted promptly and Matthew, the General Manager, was eager to help. Within a matter of minutes he emerged from the back having worked his magic and we were on our way. After such a pleasant experience, I made an appointment for an eye exam and new frames for myself later in the week. It was an equally easy experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!
