Went in to get a lens put back in on a pair of glasses. Lady was nice and helped right away it did take a min which I understand to make sure its done right. Thank you RX Optical.
I ordered some glasses and they came in but were literally 12 inches wide and did not know this untill I arrived home. I went back and ordered another different pair.Then I go to pick them up and I was told that the lenses I needed did not fit on the frame that arrived . So I ordered another style pair of glasses and after ten months went to replace my lenses due to scratches and they called me to let me know they had arrived. I go there and the lady then told me they ordered the wrong lenses .Still waiting for a call to see what happens next.
Alex is rude on the phone. Changed the warranty policy without telling customers. I’ll be going elsewhere from now on. Update Alex called me rude on the phone. I asked for a refund and to was granted my request to do business elsewhere. Upgrading from 1 star to 2 star. Good luck!
Great service and thank you for fixing my father's lenses. They had mysterious "sparkles" on one lens. You took care care of it on a walk in (no appointment) Big happy goodness all around Would recommend to anyone :-)
Had to get some safety glasses for work. Came in and everyone was nice and greeted me.. Alex helped me find some safety glasses and the whole process was a breeze! Highly recommend the grand haven RxOptical
