I was a little skeptical at first about having a virtual exam, but the entire process far exceeded any other eye exam I've ever had. It was exceptionally detailed and thorough, and the tech, Heavenly, answered every question I had. She was gracious and knowledgeable, and worked with the Dr to find a contact that was both more comfortable and more economical for me. It was an excellent experience, and I'd encourage anyone on the fence about a virtual exam to give the office a try.

Went in for a trial pair of contacts because I forgot mine at home! Lauren was incredibly helpful and nice. She was able to provide me with two trial boxes of my prescription and a great recommendation for a pair of glasses that complimented my face shape nicely. Awesome service with a staff that goes above and beyond for a solution to any issue!

My tech was Heavenly and she was wonderful. She was helpful and caring and she did a great job explaining everything to me and answering any and all questions I had. She actively made my experience much better!

Lauren made my visit an absolute pleasure! It was all smooth and Dr. Marc thankful he was patient with me while taking my exam I understand it’s complicated at times and my last pair felt so off since I got them.
