Dr. Noble and her staff, especially Cristina, are all knowledgeable, patient, and kind. Cristina spent over an hour helping me learn how to use contacts. She was so patient and encouraging. My exam with Dr. Noble was very thorough and she spent a lot of time with me. Kristen was great as well, explaining the initial tests before the exam. I highly recommend Sabal Eye Care. Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at Sabal Eye Care. From the second I walked in, Cristina and Larissa were incredibly welcoming and set the tone right away. Kristin got me checked in and taken back quickly, and the whole process felt smooth and easy. Nancy was outstanding during the exam. She really took her time to fine-tune my prescription and explain everything clearly. I’m seeing better now than I have in years. Charles helped me pick the perfect frames and made the entire process effortless. No pressure, just great recommendations that actually fit me. The lenses are a total game changer. Clearer, sharper, and more comfortable than anything I’ve had before. Professional, efficient, and genuinely friendly from start to finish. 10/10 recommend. If you need an eye exam or new glasses, this is the place to go.

My first consultation and glasses fitting were excellent. The doctors, optometrist, and front desk staff were all professional and kind—I would give that experience 5 stars. However, the glasses themselves have been a problem. The progressive lenses developed a scratch along the vision line after about five months of use, despite my purchasing anti-scratch protection. They were still under warranty, so I took them back, and the lenses were remade within a week. Unfortunately, during the following week, the right lens fell out several times. I returned again, and they asked me to leave the frame so they could fix it properly within a week. Although I have a backup pair that is not ideal, I agreed, expecting a quick resolution. It has now been a month and a half since I left them, and the glasses are still not ready. I’ve been told repeatedly that the lab has not sent them back. In the meantime, I’m having significant difficulty with my current glasses. Update: I would like to follow up on my original review. To be fair, I want to recognize the genuine concern and effort shown by the management once the issue was escalated. They went above and beyond to ensure I received my replacement glasses in less than a week. They also provided me with an additional pair of progressive and computer glasses so I would not face the same inconvenience again if anything were to happen to my current pair. As I mentioned in my original review, this is overall a 5-star place. The only issue I experienced was the unusually long delay from the lab in replacing my scratched lenses. The staff’s response and commitment to resolving the problem were excellent, and I truly appreciate the way they handled the situation. I will continue to trust this practice for my eyewear needs and highly recommend it for the quality of its products and the exceptional service provided by its staff.
