I have been a customer since the 90s. I have spent the last month trying to get a set of lenses for a set of frames I purchased. I dropped my frames off in January and was told someone would give me a call. I left my Name and Birthdate as requested. They didn't call. I called a few days later to check in and no one knew where my frames were at. The next time I called they had been found and "sent off". I called the next week and was told they were "sent out" but until I brought in payment that no progress would be made(2 weeks in after losing my frames). I paid on that day, I waited 2 weeks and checked in again to be told my frames and lenses had come in but had been sent back out because they didn't pass a quality check. ;) I figured if someone was nice enough to be be sure and double check and return my glasses, the least I could do was honestly review the process while I wait. I did receive my glasses🤓 but I did not recieve any follow up calls as described in your response. All good. Thank you
