This has been my eye doctor for about almost 20 years. Should I say was? I have throughout the years dealt with some sarcasm/disrespectfulness from th woman that work there on more occasions than I would like to put out there. But it is close inconvenient as I live right around the corner. About a month ago, I had an encounter that I had called because I had two different prescriptions for one eye?! First off how does that happen? Second off that should never happen. As I was expressing to this woman my situation, she proceeds to hang the phone up on me. After that, I walked in to their clinic. I proceeded to say since I get hung up on, I will have to finish it further in here she proceeded to smile in my face, then proceeds to tell me I owe a balance as I already paid that off. I know people get funded by the truth at times, but I said maybe you guys should pay more attention because how do you have two different prescriptions for one eye and as well as oh I’m sorry she didn’t know that I had I receipt paying off my contact thank God in my wallet The list goes on, but the amount of disrespect these women put out to are there customers is disgusting and we are talking about grown women with children.
