We have had good experiences here for two years in a row for eye exams and contact lens exams. The employees are professional and kind. My only complaint is the amount of time they make you wait while they are ordering glasses with a customer. We waited for at least twenty minutes watching the male employee help a customer - he knew we (and others) were waiting but just ignored us. We ended up ordering glasses somewhere else. What is it about people who monopolize employees and employees who ignore those who are waiting? Look around, people!

This location is okay, they'll do a decent job like most eye exam places. The only difference is they DO NOT want you buying glasses anywhere else, especially online, so they do not give you your pupil distance measurement on your prescription for "liability purposes". I've never had an eye doctor refuse to give this measurement before, and its usually on the prescription itself. Okay eye doctor but with predatory tactics.
I've been coming here for years. Dee and Dr. Krill always get me right. I've gotten my eye exam elsewhere ONCE and the prescription was wrong. Immediately once returning to Sams, Dee flagged my wrong prescription and went above and beyond to fit me in for a new eye exam as I have an upcoming trip, and accommodated me throughout. Dr. Krill is extremely professional and so are the rest of their team. Only optometrist I'll go to from now on as I've learned my lesson from straying.
So I had a 10 am appointment and 1st to be seen and still had to wait way to long to be seen. The woman manager with long hair was very rude from beginning to end with me as well as with a disabled child waiting to be seen by the doctor. She was short with the employees unnecessarily and did not want to give me intrusions being a first time contact lens wearer, She said she was too busy and at the time I was the only one there. Just a miserable person and made what should had been an enjoyable experience an absolutely horrible one. She really should not be managing and working with the public at all. Will not ever go back or refer anyone to this place. I should had trusted the other reviews and went elsewhere.
DON'T COME HERE! HORRIBLE STAFF AND DR. The women that work the counter are absolutely awful. Horrible customer service, rude, and downright nasty. The optometrist made me wait 50 minutes after my eyes were dilated because he wanted to make sure he was going to get reimbursed for my contact lens fitting. I have a set copay for it. Absolutely outrageous. After waiting one hour I ended up walking out because I've never in my life been treated so horribly at a doctor's office body staff or the doctor.
