This was the best optical experience I have had in 35 years in regard to service, knowledge and professionalism. The eye exam was by far the most thorough I have ever had and the Eyewear specialist Anthony provided a great education. My visit was very enjoyable and I'm excited for my glasses to arrive. This optical center is top notch, worth the visit!

Go anywhere else! I absolutely love Dr. Tozer - she is absolutely fabulous! However, everyone else that works at this location should be terminated. They are rude, unprofessional and when they make a mistake, you pay for it! While Dr. Tozer is unbelievable helpful and caring, the techs that work there are not! They're always sitting there playing on their phones and if you dare to interrupt them to ask for assistance you're given attitude and heavy sighs! And then, on top of that, when I ordered my contacts and told them I only needed the left ones, they ordered 1 box of each. When I got home and realized the mistake I called only to be told that there was nothing they could do about it and if I needed another box of left contacts I would have to order and pay for them! Their mistake and I have to pay for it!!!! I didn't get a sorry, 'let me see if I can do anything', nothing! They honestly just don't care! Even though we have eye insurance I typically just pay out of pocket because I like Dr. Tozer so much but this just crossed a line! I'm not going to pay for other people's mistakes so I guess I'll be going somewhere else from now on! Disgraceful!!!!
⭐️ Very poor experience at Sam’s Club optical Today I visited the optical center at Sam’s Club with my husband, and it was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. When we arrived, there were three employees sitting down on their phones. When I asked if someone could assist me, they responded with an annoyed tone, saying they don’t take walk-ins. One male employee offered to check the next available appointment, and when he told me it would be in two weeks, he said it as if expecting me to decline. I agreed anyway, and he reluctantly started making the appointment. I looked around and noticed there wasn’t a single customer in sight. It was 3:00 p.m., and they didn’t close until 7:00 p.m. I asked if there was any availability for that same day, and he just said “no” while the two other female employees continued playing on their phones. The man was rude and clearly had no intention of helping us. It was obvious they just didn’t want to work. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The lack of professionalism and willingness to assist was unacceptable.
Disappointing and unprofessional experience I accompanied my wife today to the optical center at Sam’s Club, and we were both extremely disappointed with the service. When we arrived, three employees were sitting around on their phones and didn’t acknowledge us until we asked for assistance. They told us, with an attitude, that they don’t take walk-ins. One of the male employees reluctantly offered to check for the next available appointment. He told us the next one was in two weeks, and when we said that was fine, he looked surprised and seemed annoyed to continue the process. What really struck me was that the place was completely empty—no patients, and still, they insisted they couldn’t take anyone for the rest of the day. The two other employees just kept looking at their phones the entire time. The whole experience felt like we were bothering them just by showing up. There was zero effort to help or even show basic courtesy. I would never recommend this location to anyone. They clearly did not want to work, and it showed.
Dr tozer is the only reason why I come back. I have been a patient for 9 years. The people out front who handle the insurance/ paperwork are rude and couldn’t care any less. The two female especially. The way they spoke to me on the phone was in such a way I felt stupid for asking a simple question. Anthony, the department manager was the only nice associate that wasn’t the doctor.
